I wrote a training manual for what is surely one of the most complex software applications in the hotel business. It is sold today and has thousands of users.

Known as Watson at the time, Watson evolved over the years and grew into a new name. It remains the leading software of its kind.

I took complicated concepts and broke them down into easy-to-understand pieces. I organized a mountain of information so that it flowed logically.

The document was heavily focused on steps and processes, and it was painstakingly organized. This attention to detail and organization made it easy for you to find out what you need to do, do it, and get on with your day.

The Watson training manual is the foremost example of my technical writing.
